Funding

SAFE! is mostly funded through a number of contracts and grants from national bodies.

SAFE! provides support free of charge and when it is most needed; when a young person decides they would like it.

SAFE! holds a contract with the Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner to provide support to any young victim of crime between the ages of five and seventeen.

SAFE! is also funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and BBC Children in Need to run the Building Respectful Families Service, which provides support to families experiencing Child on Parent Violence.

SAFE! raises money for additional services and core operational expenditure through various fundraising activities including grant and trust applications, donations, events, sponsorship, supermarket and community group collections and book sales. If you can do anything to help us please let us know - we are always keen to hear new ideas and will do our best to support you to fundraise of behalf of SAFE! To learn more about this please visit our Support SAFE! page.

In May 2017 SAFE! presented at a live crowd-funding event organised by The Funding Network, and raised £4000 towards our Parent Support Project. See http://www.thefundingnetwork.org.uk for more information.
